I am Julianne Pierce, owner of Pacific Coast Mortgage.
Acquiring a home mortgage is one of the largest and most important financial transactions you will ever make, working with someone that you trust and feel is responsive throughout the process is an essential step. I truly understand the lending process, from start to finish. Pacific Coast Mortgage is a family run, second generation mortgage company, originally founded in 1995.
I pride myself on always being honest & upfront. I will communicate with you every step of the way, conveying the loan process in understandable terms, always bringing enthusiasm, a solid work ethic, determination and great interpersonal skills!

Pacific Coast Mortgage is my passion! I love working with people, auditing financial documents, educating first time home buyers and helping families accomplish their goals of home ownership! I am a second generation loan officer. I am unique in the fact that I starting working with my father at a young age, on the operations side; gathering documents, processing and packaging loans. Being in this business from a young age has taught me that every loan is its own puzzle. I truly enjoy helping people achieve the dream of home ownership.
I believe in our community and in giving! Volunteering teaches me to be grateful for the things I take advantage of in life. It always widens my perspective on how lucky I am to be alive.
